Shipping Questions
When will my order arrive?
I mainly use USPS to ship your items, and they will be shipped within 1-3 days from my studio!So, my best guesstimate for this is 7 days including processing time.
What will it cost to ship?
I offer a flat rate of $4- this can be 1 item OR it can be 5. But, if you spend over $75 shipping is FREE
Do you ship to my country?
At this time Sober Sewist only ship’s within the United States including all outlying territories. This may change, so come on back and check.
Can I pick up my order at the Sober Sewist Location?
Yes- My studio is in Southern NH. Please contact me and we can set that up.
Pricing and Billing Questions
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check and Money order. Paypal will be added shortly. If you would like to pay by cashier’s check, money order, company or personal check, please use the checkout system to get our contact and mailing information or on the Contact Us page. Orders paid for by cashiers check or money order will be filled as soon as your payment is received. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your company or personal check for your order to be filled, as your order will not be shipped until your check clears. There will be a $40 fee on all dishonored checks.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Great question!- No- we are in NH! ZERO Sales Tax- yay!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged instantly once you click “Place Order” If there is any delay or if you receive an email that states your order has the status of “fraud suspected” please do not panic, due to high fraud alert all orders must be approved before you will be charged. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have concern about your order status. Your bank and or credit card statement will state the charges came from Sober Sewist.
